• 1-31 – Saginaw: FIFTH ANNUAL ROTARY vs. KIWANIS MONTH at Main Donor Center, 1771 Tittabawassee Road, Mon-Sat during regular donation hours. Rotary and Kiwanis clubs from throughout Saginaw area compete in a friendly contest to see who can recruit the most blood donors. Give blood and “vote” for the Rotary or Kiwanis club of your choice!

• 18-23 - Saginaw, Bay City, Midland: Blood Center Employee Blood Drive Week. Employees who sign in to give blood are eligible for a drawing to win 4 tickets to a Great Lakes Loons game, and the winner also will be able to throw out the first pitch at the Loons game on Friday, May 29.
